FAA Identifier RVR

It is also known as RVR as well as Ceiba International Airport. It replaced the Fajardo Airport

Yes, but Jose Aponte de la Torre Airport is now TJRV, not TJNR.

It appears...

I can't find anything definitive yet, but it appears that Roosevelt Road Naval Air Station closed a few years ago, and Jose Aponte De La Torre Airport opened on the same site quite recently.
