I have stopped there three times. Great, quick, and friendly service at reasonable prices.

Esso is great
I second the comments from @douglasr - the Esso Avitat (Thunder Bay Flight Refueling) has big-airport service without the big-airport fees (compare the Esso Avitat at CYUL or CYOW to see what I'm talking about): no ramp fee, no handling fee, no parking fee. Ryan, who was on duty, was very friendly and professional: he even booked a hotel for me downtown and arranged for them to pick me up in their shuttle, so that I wouldn't have to pay for a taxi.
