Wrong ID
It's no longer D38. After upgrading the airport and increasing the runways to 5500 feet it is now KIUA.

I've changed the GPS id to D38, and the site ident to US-D38. Thanks for spotting that, Paul.

Wrong id
The id on this airport should be "D38", not "KD38".
