The Bombardier Challenger 300 redefined the super-midsize business jet category when it entered service in 2004, combining transcontinental range with a wide-body cabin cross-section previously reserved for larger aircraft. Developed as a clean-sheet design rather than a derivative, the CL-300 introduced a supercritical wing optimized for high-speed cruise and a flat floor cabin that seats up to nine passengers in exceptional comfort.
