The Comco Ikarus C42 is a German two-seat ultralight aircraft that has become one of Europe's most popular microlight trainers since its introduction in the mid-1990s. Built by Comco Ikarus in Mengen, Germany, the high-wing design evolved from earlier Ikarus models and is certified under both German ultralight regulations and EASA's Very Light Aircraft standards.
