The Boeing 767-400ER holds the distinction of being the largest and final passenger variant of the 767 family, stretching the fuselage 21 feet beyond the 767-300 to accommodate up to 375 passengers in high-density configuration. Launched in 1997 with Delta Air Lines as the launch customer, the -400ER was Boeing's answer to the Airbus A330-200, offering transcontinental and transatlantic range with improved fuel efficiency through raked wingtips that added 14 feet of span.
